HOW CAN WE DO THAT?

It is important to know and understand our role in the process.we have established inspection, evaluation, and result reporting processes suitable for all industries and manufacturers. All products - especially food product - has specific standards and parameters to conform. It is required not only by the law, but it is also important to the customers as well.
​
As our role here is the control quality service, we do not have the authority to decide on if the product is accepted or not. Furthermore, as a third party who works on behalf of our clients on controlling the products’ quality, we do not organize solutions to problems or work in collaboration with manufacturers. However, we are always in communication with the producer to minimize small problems in the intermediate process before reporting to the customer. After receiving all necessary information, the buyer can make a decision to approve or disapprove the product. We are ready to communicate quickly at that stage and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible

We check orders and production in a timely manner and ensure that customers are immediately updated if any problems arise.
